A1: Usually our producing time is 15-20 days after we receive the advanced payment. For some standard products, we may have stock and could delivery immediately.
Q2: How about the continuous working time for the electric series forklifts?
A2: Our battery continuous working time is around 3-6 hours depending on battery volume. It usually takes 8-12 hours to charge. Our automatic charger stops when the battery is full.
Q3: Can you provide customized OEM or ODM products?
A3: Yes, we can provide customized products per your request. Both OEM and ODM are acceptable for various non-standard machinery solutions.
Q4: Could we request our own color for the products?
A4: Yes, we can customize the color. You just need to provide us with the RAL code.
